Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with trainers, mentors, and participants while ensuring the smooth functioning of training activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs.
- Communicate and coordinate with trainers, mentors, and participants.
- Maintain attendance records, training schedules, and participant databases.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with participants to ensure active engagement.
- Assist in organizing and managing training-related activities and events.
- Handle basic documentation, data management, and MIS reporting.
- Collect participant feedback and maintain training records.




- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing programs.

Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
