Role & responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Laravel framework.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable PHP code following best practices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs/services.
- Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases design schemas, write optimized queries.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Write and maintain unit/feature tests to ensure code reliability.
- Manage version control using Git and collaborate via platforms like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Deploy and maintain applications on servers (Linux, Apache/Nginx).
- Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
