Role Description The Therapist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, working directly with clients to support their emotional well-being and overall confidence throughout their aesthetic care journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client assessments, building therapeutic rapport, and providing counseling or psychotherapeutic support related to body image, self-esteem, and treatment expectations. The Therapist will collaborate closely with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, surgeons, and other team members to integrate psychological care into treatment plans and ensure that clients make informed choices aligned with their goals.

Additional duties include maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, contributing to patient education initiatives, and participating in case discussions and quality improvement activities.



The role also involves occasional support for group sessions, workshops, or informational programs to promote mental wellness and realistic aesthetic expectations.

Qualifications

- Clinical counseling and psychotherapy skills, with experience supporting clients around body image, self-esteem, anxiety, or adjustment to aesthetic and medical procedures.
- Strong assessment and case formulation abilities, including experience with standardized tools, treatment planning, and risk evaluation when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain treatment processes clearly, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical and aesthetic team.
- Competence in maintaining detailed, confidential clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards, and following relevant regulatory and privacy guidelines.
- Ability to design and deliver psychoeducation, workshops, or short group interventions focused on mental health, realistic expectations, and healthy coping strategies.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; relevant licensure or registration as required by local regulations is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical, wellness, hospital, or aesthetic-care setting is an advantage, along with familiarity with holistic and patient-centered care models.
- Comfort working on-site in a busy, client-facing environment in Pune Division, with a professional, non-judgmental, and inclusive approach to people from diverse backgrounds.
