WE'RE HIRING | TEXTILES AND MATERIALS INTERN

Location: Chennai Work Mode: Full time | On-site

Duration: Minimum 3 months

Stipend: Paid Internship

About the Role Hardman Atelier is looking for a detail-oriented intern to assist our Production Department with fabric and trim organisation, cataloguing and inventory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

● Organise and maintain fabric and trim collections.

● Catalogue fabric and trim swatches with proper labels and identification.

● Maintain records of fabric specifications, quantities and supplier details.

● Photograph and document swatches for digital records.

● Assist in maintaining the fabric and trims library.





● Coordinate with the production team for material tracking and sourcing documentation.

What We're Looking For

● Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related field.

● Basic understanding of fabrics, textiles and garment trims.

● Good organisational and documentation skills.

● Comfortable working with Google Sheets and digital records.

● Meticulous, responsible and attentive to detail.
