Role & responsibilities

Sales Planning and Execution:

a) Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

b) Responsible for channel development and management.

c) Identify growth opportunities and new business development initiatives within the retreading industry.

d) Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy adjustments.

e) Identify potential growth areas within the state, such as fleet operators, retreaders, commercial vehicle companies, dealer & distributors.

Customer Relationship and Territory Expansion:

a) Build and strengthen relationships with local customers and distributors, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

b) Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships across Nagpur, particularly in transportation hubs and industrial areas.

Reporting and Forecasting Revenue Targets:

a) Provide management with regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends.

Set and achieve sales targets for the Nagpur region along with addressing challenges.

Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning:

a) Conduct market research specific to Nagpur to assess competitor products, pricing and customer preferences. Use this information to position the company's retreading products effectively, highlighting quality and cost-efficiency.
