Tender Executive (Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete tendering process, including BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tender documentation.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare cost estimates and techno-commercial proposals.
- Handle tender submissions, pre-bid queries, and related documentation.
- Maintain tender records and ensure timely submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil/infrastructure tendering.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quotation comparison.
- Valuable command of MS Excel and tender documentation.
- Industrial project experience will be preferred.
