The Tender Manager leads the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive technical and commercial bids for government building construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Track active government tenders, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Request for Quotations (RFQs) on national/state e-procurement portals.
- Bid / No-Bid assessments with management to evaluate eligibility criteria, technical capabilities, and project feasibility.
- Thoroughly analyse tender documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), architectural/structural drawings, technical specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals and commercial bids.
- Upload and submit bids strictly before hard deadlines, maintaining official submission receipts and tracking pre-bid clarification windows.
- Handle post-submission queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and participate in reverse auctions or price negotiations.

Experience: Min. 5 years work experience required. Salary: 15,000-50,000/month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
