Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and spoken-word confident Telecalling Staff member to join our clinic operations. In this role, you will interact with patients, schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage appointment-related follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Interaction: Place outgoing calls to patients to provide basic appointment details and address general queries politely.
- Scheduling: Book patient appointments based on doctor and clinic availability schedules.
- Reminders & Confirmations: Call patients to confirm upcoming visits, manage follow-ups, and process any necessary reschedules or cancellations.
- Clinic Coordination: Work closely with internal clinic staff to keep appointment calendars up to date and communicate schedule changes seamlessly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain clear and accurate logs of calls made, booking details, and follow-up notes.
- Query Redirection:



Address administrative questions professionally while ensuring medical or clinical questions are promptly routed to appropriate medical personnel.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Freshers are fully welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Fluent and comfortable communicating in both Malayalam and English.
- Soft Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, patient-centric attitude, clear speaking voice, and a polite demeanor.
- Tech Skills: Basic operational knowledge of computers, smartphones, and spreadsheets/digital tools.
- Home Setup: Must have a quiet work environment at home suitable for making calls, along with a reliable internet connection.
- Self-starter: Ability to work independently from home while maintaining explicit communication with the clinic team.
