We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making calls, handling enquiries, explaining our courses and services, and following up with interested candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and customers.
- Explain course details and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up details.
- Generate leads and support business activities.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in the required regional languages.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Languages Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
