Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Salesperson located in Varanasi. The Tele Salesperson will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, explaining product features, and closing sales.



Daily tasks will include maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in tele sales or customer service
- Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
