Role Description:

The Tele-counselor role at Magnitude Global is a full-time, in office position based in Surat. The Tele-counselor will communicate with prospective students and families via phone, messaging, and other channels to understand their education goals and provide accurate information about international study options.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Explaining admission procedures, documentation requirements, and visa processes
- Scheduling and following up on counseling appointments
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions in the internal system
- Coordinating with the counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for each student.
- Assist in lead generation and conversion,
- Share updates about university programs and deadlines
- Provide ongoing support to students throughout the application cycle.





Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and counseling abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and follow up promptly.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
- Good understanding or willingness to learn about international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Surat; strong writing skills for messages and email communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat in a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Prior experience in counseling, telesales, education consulting, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience in a student-facing role.
