Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance without a Tech degree) will not be considered.
- Pure Business Analysts, Pure Functional GL consultants, or transactional finance profiles (AP/P2P, O2C) are not eligible.
- Workday functional consultants without prior PeopleSoft technical experience will be filtered out.
Role & responsibilities
- Read and analyze legacy PeopleSoft technical components (SQR, Application Engine, and PS Queries).
- Write complex SQL queries for ERP data profiling, validation, and schema mapping.
- Lead the technical and functional alignment for General Ledger (GL) & Record-to-Report (R2R) systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive ERP migration and modern target-state integrations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech degree is 100% mandatory.
- Technical: Robust hands-on SQL + deep ability to read/analyze PeopleSoft back-end code.
- Domain: High proficiency in General Ledger (GL) frameworks and financial accounting structures.
- Preferred: Experience with EPM platforms and basic Workday integration architecture.
