We are seeking experienced Technical Trainers to join our team in Lucknow/Kanpur, with remote candidates also welcome. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in training and preparing individuals for technical roles, specifically in Java Full Stack, Cybersecurity, and Android & iOS Development. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical skills necessary for these fields, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and engage with trainees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for candidates in Java Full Stack, Cybersecurity, and Android & iOS Development.
- Prepare candidates for technical interviews, focusing on mock interviews and interview preparation techniques.
- Collaborate with candidates to enhance their understanding of US-based job placement and staffing processes.
- Provide insights into the US hiring landscape and assist candidates in navigating the application process.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with industry standards and best practices.




- Evaluate candidate performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge in Java Full Stack, Cybersecurity, and Android & iOS Development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in conducting technical mock interviews and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Familiarity with US-based job placement, staffing, or career development programs.
- A valuable understanding of US hiring processes is essential. This position is not suited for traditional corporate trainers; we are looking for individuals who have hands-on experience in preparing candidates for US technical interviews.
