Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions focused on technical skills relevant to the US job market, including but not limited to Java Full Stack, Cybersecurity, and Mobile Development (Android & iOS).
- Prepare candidates for technical mock interviews, providing them with the tools and confidence needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with candidates to enhance their understanding of US hiring processes and expectations.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with industry standards and best practices.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in technology and recruitment to ensure training content is relevant and effective.

Required Skills

- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Proven experience in conducting technical mock interviews and interview preparation.
- Familiarity with US-based job placement, staffing, or career development programs.
- A positive understanding of US hiring processes is essential.
- Candidates must not have traditional corporate training backgrounds;
