- Training Delivery:

- Deliver practical workshops and in office demonstrations showcasing real-world applications.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and update training modules, lesson plans, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with industry experts to incorporate best practices and emerging trends.
- Assessment & Reporting:
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and hands-on assessments.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and progress reports.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all practical sessions.
- Promote compliance and professional conduct among trainees.
- Mentorship & Guidance:
- Provide career guidance and mentorship to support skill development and job readiness.
