PROCESS DETAILS

Provide technical support to US broadband customers

Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, modem and router issues

Resolve customer queries through voice support

Maintain service quality and update customer records

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Graduate Freshers Can Apply

HSC Candidates with Minimum 6 Months of Experience (On Papers)

Excellent English Communication Skills

Basic Technical Knowledge Required

JOINING PREFERENCE
