? Position: Technical Support Engineer

? Location: Hyderabad

? Experience: Freshers / 1–2 Years

? Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

? Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers using our cattle monitoring system.
- Assist with device setup, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve hardware, connectivity, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate with firmware and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor device performance and ensure smooth project operations.
- Maintain support documentation and prepare technical issue reports.




- Support field deployments and on-site troubleshooting.

?️ Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of electronics and hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IoT devices, sensors, and wireless communication.
- Basic knowledge of firmware and embedded systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, work in the field, and support customers.
