We’re Hiring: 3 Sales Engineers | HCP Technologies Pvt Ltd
HCP Technologies is a fast-growing capital equipment distribution and OEM representation company headquartered in Bengaluru. We represent 30+ global OEM brands across Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing (SMT/EMS), EV Battery/BESS, Photonics, Additive Manufacturing and IoT/AI, serving leading manufacturers and premier institutions like IITs, IISc, CSIR and ISRO.
We’re expanding and looking for driven Sales Engineers to join us:
1. Sales Engineer – West Region
Ahmedabad or Mumbai
Own the West India territory (Gujarat & Maharashtra). Build relationships with manufacturers, R&D; labs and institutions across our product portfolio, with a strong focus on the region’s growing semiconductor and electronics ecosystem.
2. Sales Engineer – EMS/SMT
Drive sales of SMT and electronics manufacturing equipment (inspection, assembly, process and test solutions) to EMS companies, PCB assemblers and OEM manufacturing plants.
3. Sales Engineer – EV Battery / BESS
Drive sales of equipment for battery cell, module and pack manufacturing, testing and inspection to EV, battery and energy storage companies.
What we’re looking for
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in capital equipment sales (relevant industry experience is a must for EMS/SMT and EV Battery/BESS roles)
- Proven track record of handling customers end-to-end — lead generation, technical presentations, quotations, negotiation and order closure
- Strong network in your industry or region
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel
