Position Details —

Position: Sales Engineer

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–5 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities —

- Promote and sell steam engineering and industrial utility products to industrial customers.
- Handle technical sales of Steam Traps, PRVs, Control Valves, Condensate Recovery Systems, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and Steam Accessories.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and plant surveys.
- Identify opportunities for steam optimization and energy-saving solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals./ Co-ordinate with Back office and Accounts team.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Coordinate with OEM technical teams for solution development and order execution.
- Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline,



and regular reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile —

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of steam systems, valves, pumps, and industrial process utilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and P&IDs.;
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Prior industrial sales experience will be preferred.
