Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in IT and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, evaluating, and coordinating with candidates for various technical requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple positions and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT positions.
2. Source relevant candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
3. Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
4. Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' technical knowledge, communication skills, experience, and interest.
5. Handle recruitment for various technical positions such as:

- Software Developers (Java, Python, .NET, C++)
- Embedded Software Engineers
- QA / Automation Test Engineers
- DevOps and Cloud Engineers
- Data Engineers and Data Scientists




- Network and Security Engineers

1. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
2. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
3. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
4. Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and follow up until candidate joining.
5. Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Technical / IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and industry hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Robust follow-up skills and target-oriented approach.
- Graduate in any discipline.
