We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – SampleManager LIMS to lead end-to-end implementation, customization, configuration, and integration projects for a leading global IT services and consulting organization.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical teams in SampleManager LIMS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Drive requirement gathering, technical solution design, and architecture.
- Handle end-to-end development, customization, configuration, and integration.
- Manage SDLC activities, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure delivery quality.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

? Key Technical Skills:

- SampleManager LIMS Implementation & Customization
- Integration Manager & Sample Workflow Configuration
- Stock Module & Instrument Module Development
- Instrument Integration
- Report Designer, Forms Designer & Label Designer
- Sample Scheduler,



Batch & Lot Management
- Plate Handling & Stability Management
- Statistical Quality Control (SQC)
- SM-IDI & PIMS
- Dashboard Development & Reporting

? Mandatory Requirements:

✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience.

✅ Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SampleManager LIMS experience.

✅ Experience in multiple SampleManager LIMS implementation projects.

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in implementation, customization, configuration, and integration.

✅ Proven experience in independently driving end-to-end implementation projects.

⚠️ Important: Candidates with only generic LIMS experience or SampleManager LIMS application support/maintenance experience will not be considered. Actual hands-on SampleManager LIMS implementation experience across multiple projects is mandatory.
