Open Positions: Junior & Senior Level

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and technically sound professionals to join our Technical Facility Operations team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing technical operations, maintenance activities, vendor coordination and ensuring smooth functioning of facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day technical and Repair & Maintenance (R&M;) activities.
- Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Handle MEP systems, electrical equipment, HVAC and fire safety systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor energy consumption, utility readings and maintenance expenses.
- Maintain technical records, service reports and documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety and operational readiness.
- Monitor AMC activities and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.

Requirements:

- 3–8 years of experience in Technical Facility Management, Building Maintenance or Technical Operations.
- Knowledge of MEP, HVAC,



Electrical and Mechanical systems.
- Experience in vendor coordination and preventive maintenance.
- Positive communication, coordination and troubleshooting skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical discipline preferred.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical and facility-related issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of electricity and building systems, including safe handling of electrical equipment and basic HVAC understanding.
- Candidates should possess experience in preventive maintenance, including scheduling, executing, and documenting routine inspections and service tasks.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers and to report issues clearly.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, or facilities engineering is preferred.
- Experience in facility operations within commercial real estate, coworking, or managed office environments is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site setting are important.
- Basic proficiency with maintenance management software and standard office productivity tools is an advantage.
