We are looking for a Technical Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in US Staffing to support recruitment operations and coordinate hiring activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Support recruiters throughout the US recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and ATS updates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and documentation.
- Use Otter.ai for meeting transcription, documentation, and training support.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and clients.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in US Staffing.
- Positive understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience with ATS and MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Otter.ai. and otter training
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
