Technical Business Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to work closely with business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with an understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Identify business process gaps and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
- Support the product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Track project activities and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and reporting.





Required Skills & ExperienceBusiness Analysis

- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Positive understanding of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge

- Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Tools & Technologies

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Miro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to AI-powered tools for documentation and business analysis is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exposure to digital transformation, process automation, or enterprise application projects.
- Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
- CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certifications are an added advantage.
