Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader – Immigration Sales who can manage, guide, and supervise a team of 4-5 CRM executives and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have good experience in immigration sales, client handling, lead management, and team management, along with the ability to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of 4-5 CRM executives.
- Monitor daily calls, client follow-ups, TAs, sign-ups,



and business generation.
- Ensure proper lead allocation and timely follow-ups through CRM.
- Guide team members in handling client queries and converting leads into successful sign-ups.
- Conduct daily team meetings and review individual performance.
- Ensure the team achieves monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle significant client cases and support team members in closing deals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain team discipline, productivity, and proper CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in immigration sales or overseas consultancy.
- Prior experience handling or leading a sales team.
- Good knowledge of Canada, Australia PR, GOC, Work Permit.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach with proven sales performance.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
