We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our Retention department specializing in International Voice operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team focused on enhancing customer retention strategies and improving overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide team members while implementing effective retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of retention specialists, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service to our international clients.
- Develop and implement retention strategies that align with company goals and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may affect retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and retention data to identify trends and areas for improvement.




- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in retention techniques and customer service.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in a team lead role, preferably in a retention or customer service environment.
- Robust understanding of retention strategies and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
