We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Domestic IT

Staffing division. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment across various domains such as Cloud Architecture,

Data Science, SAP, IDMC, MDM and Data Bricks. The role involves managing both Subcontracting and Full-Time (FTE) recruitment models, driving high-quality closures, and supporting marquee clients including Global System

Integrators (GSIs).

You will be responsible for managing and leading a team while ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent for our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead a team of recruiters specializing in IT staffing, focusing on multiple IT skill categories (Cloud, Data, ERP, and Emerging Tech).

 Perform extensive calling and vetting of profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements.





 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement,

ensuring high-quality candidates are provided.

 Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and various job portals to source candidates effectively.

 Leverage headhunting techniques to find and recruit top talent for niche skill sets.

 Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience for each role.

 Foster a collaborative work setting with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations.

 Ensure excellent communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams for smooth coordination throughout the hiring process
