Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to ensure that candidate CVs and submissions meet ITech Consult's internal quality standards and client requirements before they are submitted.

The role involves reviewing candidate profiles against job descriptions, validating candidate information, identifying gaps or errors, and working closely with recruiters to improve the overall quality and accuracy of submissions.

Key Responsibilities

 Review candidate CVs and profiles against job descriptions to assess candidate-job fit.

 Train and coach recruiters on screening quality, candidate-job matching,

sourcing, and submission practices.

 Verify key candidate information, including skills, experience, location,

availability, notice period, work authorization, and other relevant details.

 Check CVs for accuracy, completeness, consistency, formatting, and missing information.

 Ensure candidate submissions meet defined internal and client-specific quality standards.

 Identify unsuitable, duplicate, or incorrectly matched candidates before submission.

 Review recruiter submissions and identify errors or gaps in the recruitment process.





 Provide clear and constructive feedback to recruiters and support them in improving submission quality.

 Coordinate with recruiters to clarify candidate information whenever required.

 Maintain basic quality-control reports and track submission-related issues.

 Monitor recurring quality issues and highlight areas requiring process improvement.

 Support the recruitment team in maintaining consistent CV and submission standards.

 Ensure timely completion of quality checks within the required turnaround time.

 Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment quality processes and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, recruitment operations,

or recruitment quality control.

 Extensive hands-on experience in IT staffing and end-to-end IT recruitment is essential.

 Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, skills, and job requirements.

 Ability to understand and interpret job descriptions effectively.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good analytical and candidate assessment skills.

 Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, duplicates, and potential quality issues.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to provide constructive feedback and work closely with recruiters.

 Good organizational and time-management skills.

 Experience working with ATS, CRM, recruitment applications, or candidate databases is preferred.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and meet defined turnaround times.
