Role Description The Teacher Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for delivering Abacus-based mental mathematics classes to children aged 6 to 14. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting interactive lessons, demonstrating Abacus techniques, guiding learners through practice exercises, and monitoring individual progress. The role involves engaging with learners and families, answering questions, and offering constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement and confidence in math.





The Teacher

Partner collaborates with academy staff to align teaching methods with the curriculum, participates in training sessions, and helps maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with children in a classroom or tutoring setting.
- Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning tailored to different learning levels.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with learners, families, and colleagues.
- Experience in Training or coaching learners, preferably in mathematics or related subjects.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children aged 6 to 14.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Willingness to learn and apply the Abacus system and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and maintain consistent full time availability.
