Take ownership of recruitment across the group, working with the CHRO and business leaders to meet hiring needs at every level. A key focus will be bringing new teams together from the ground up, particularly for the Data Science and Energy businesses.

What You’ll Lead

- Direct hiring across group companies for leadership, managerial, technical and staff positions.
- Find and attract senior talent through executive search, headhunting and market mapping.
- Build teams for new business areas, with an initial emphasis on Data Science and Energy.
- Turn workforce requirements into hiring priorities and recruitment plans in partnership with the CHRO and business leaders.
- Oversee the hiring process from sourcing and candidate evaluation through offer discussions and onboarding.




- Build talent pipelines for niche and critical roles to support timely hiring and strong quality of hire.

What You’ll Bring
- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Industry exposure to IT/ITES, Battery, Data Centre, Data Science or Energy.
- Experience in Data Science and Energy will be an advantage.
- Strong capability in leadership hiring, headhunting and market mapping.
- The ability to manage recruitment independently across multiple business units and build teams from scratch.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
