Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the .

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.

- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment industry.

- Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding etc. .

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
