Rainbow Group is a Thane-based group of businesses that includes Rainbow International School (CBSE, K–12), the Rainbow Preschool International chain of centres, and brands in food, jewellery and cosmetics. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead / TA Manager to build and run recruitment across the group.

What you'll do

- Own end-to-end hiring for teaching, admissions, sales, marketing, operations and leadership roles across schools, preschool centres and group businesses
- Work with department heads to plan manpower, define role requirements and write clear job descriptions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, campus and consultant partners, and build a ready talent pipeline
- Screen resumes, run first-round interviews, coordinate interview rounds and manage offers up to joining
- Track hiring on a live dashboard – open roles, applicants, interviews, offers, joinings and time-to-hire – and report weekly to leadership




- Run seasonal bulk hiring drives for the admission season and academic-year start
- Manage candidate experience, reference checks, documentation and joining formalities with the HR team
- Build the Rainbow employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms

What we're looking for

- 6–10 years in talent acquisition, including 2+ years leading a recruitment function or team
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and applicant tracking or Excel/Sheets based trackers
- Strong sourcing, screening and negotiation skills across junior, mid and senior roles
- Experience in education, schools, healthcare, retail or multi-location businesses is a strong plus
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Clear communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
- Based in or near Thane, able to work on-site full time (Mon–Sat)
