IBM DOORS Next / DNG & AI Integration Engineer

Job Responsibilities

- Work with requirements artifacts in IBM DOORS Next/DNG.
- Develop APIs/scripts to retrieve and process requirements.
- Implement AI-assisted quality checks, classification and summarization.
- Support ambiguity/inconsistency detection and traceability analysis.
- Integrate AI services into requirements workflows.
- Validate generated recommendations with engineering stakeholders.
- Support auditing, controlled updates and data protection.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- IBM DOORS Next/DNG hands-on experience.
- Requirements lifecycle management and traceability.
- IBM ELM APIs or OSLC.
- Python or Java integration development.
- AI/LLM integration or requirements-processing automation.

Positive to Have : RAG, NLP, LLM APIs, automotive systems engineering, requirements quality analysis.

Candidate Fitment Must demonstrate: DNG integration/automation and an approach for AI-assisted requirements analysis. Reject: Generic AI engineers without DNG knowledge or DNG users without development/integration capability
