Role: System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows operating systems and Windows Servers.
- Managing Active Directory, user accounts, password resets, Group Policies and access permissions.
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and operating systems.
- Configuring and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP networks.
- Managing routers, switches, firewalls and other network infrastructure.
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Perform software installation, system updates, and routine maintenance & provide technical support to faculty, staff, and administrative departments.
- Manage antivirus, system security, and data backup activities.




- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware repairs and vendor support.
- Coordinating with vendors, maintaining IT documentation and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- BCA / B.Sc. CS / B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in System Administration or IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on technical administrator
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
