- We are looking for an experienced qualified with 15-20 years of experience in Loan Syndication, Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Lending, Structured Finance, and Transaction Advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and source debt syndication deals across corporates, SMEs, and institutional clients.
- Develop relationships with promoters, CFOs, banks, NBFCs, and financial consultants.
- Drive deal sourcing, pitching, negotiation, and transaction closure.
- Build a strong business pipeline and identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, execution, and operations teams for seamless deal execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Big 4 Transaction Advisory or equivalent.
- Debt Syndication teams of Banks, NBFCs, or Investment Banks.
- Strong network across the financial ecosystem.
- Exposure to corporate debt, structured finance, ECB, and stressed assets.
