We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating business opportunities, and passing qualified leads to Field Associates for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make cold calls and engage with prospective customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for Field Associates.
- Promote and explain multiple financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and experienced telecalling professionals are welcome.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple products and campaigns.
- Knowledge of regional languages is preferred.
- Hindi-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Employment Details

- Initial contract period of 1 year.
- Contract may be extended based on performance.
- Chance for conversion to a full-time employee based on performance and business requirements.
