We are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts with expertise in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) curriculum in any one of the following subjects:

- Computer Science
- Economics
- Business Management
- Psychology

Role Overview The selected candidate will generate and review IBDP exam-style questions using an AI-enabled assessment generation platform. The role involves evaluating questions for subject accuracy, clarity, quality, appropriateness, and alignment with IBDP assessment standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and review IBDP exam-style assessment questions.
- Evaluate questions for accuracy, clarity, quality, and cognitive demand.
- Ensure alignment with IBDP assessment structures, question formats, and assessment objectives.
- Revise or regenerate questions based on feedback from Learning Experience Designers (LXDs).
- Provide actionable feedback to improve AI-generated assessment content.
- Incorporate client feedback to improve quality and minimise rework.
- Meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- Practical experience with the IBDP curriculum in the relevant subject.
- A degree in a related subject area or field.




- Robust English language proficiency.
- Experience with assessment authoring.
- Excellent attention to detail and objective evaluation skills.
- Ability to meet project timelines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in instructional design or classroom teaching.
- Experience writing, reviewing, editing, or quality-assuring IBDP assessment questions.
- Familiarity with IBDP assessment frameworks and objectives.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to generate and review educational content.

Engagement Details

- Location: India
- Engagement: Contract / Project-based
- Duration: Immediate start, with an expected project duration of up to 2 months
- Availability: Minimum 10 hours per week
