We're Hiring | Student Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic qualified to manage student interactions, build strong relationships, and support students throughout their learning and enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective and enrolled students to understand their requirements.
- Provide information about courses, training programs, and learning opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain regular communication with students and ensure timely assistance.
- Maintain student records, follow-up details, and interaction reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements:





- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in student relationship management, education counselling, or EdTech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
