Job Overview

We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive for our new dancewear and footwear retail store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable products, handling sales and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing dancewear, ballet clothing, dance shoes and other related accessories.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Handle daily sales activities and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper records of sales, inventory and stock movement using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with stock management, including inventory inward and outward records.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the store remains clean and organised.
- Handle basic computer operations and assist with billing and online orders.




- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and daily store activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluent in spoken English with good communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of computers and internet operations.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and assist customers.
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with an interest in dance, ballet, fashion or sportswear will be preferred.
- Experience in garment, footwear or retail sales will be an added advantage.
