Role &

Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer experience.

- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve business targets.

- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and ensure proper stock management.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.

- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.

- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.

- Coordinate with the Area Manager and internal teams for business operations.

- Track daily sales performance and prepare regular business reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile :





- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- 25 years of experience in retail store operations or store management.

- Experience in mobile retail, electronics, or consumer durables will be an added advantage.

- Robust sales, team management, and customer-handling skills.

- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Target-oriented with a focus on business growth and operational excellence.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and inventory management.

- Ability to manage store operations independently.
