VDA Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Asset Coordinator for a reputed IT organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Verify material unloading at the correct location and ensure signatures in all shifts.
- Acknowledge GIN in SAP as per actual material received; handle short/excess receipts with proper tagging and approvals.
- Track MB02 errors daily, take corrective actions, and submit pending MB02 reports.
- Maintain unloading slips during SAP downtime and update registers/system entries.
- Communicate short receipts to TMPV warehouse, operations,



and system teams.
- Generate MIS reports from SAP and maintain records.
- Manage stores inward & outward tracking and inventory control.
- Track asset movement, IMAC activities end-to-end, and asset tagging (new & old).
- Handle faulty spares, theft/insurance cases, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare monthly asset MIS and track asset lifecycle.
- Provide first-level escalation for asset management issues.
- Track all operational (seasonal & non-seasonal) activities till closure.
