About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Staffing Executive / Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing operations at our client's Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate management, client coordination, SLA adherence and recruitment reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities for assigned client requirements.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements while meeting defined SLAs and TATs.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups and offer management.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and ensure accurate pipeline updates.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, submission ratios, interview conversions, offer-to-join ratios and closures.




- Follow up on interview feedback, pending selections and offer approvals.
- Ensure smooth candidate deployment, joining formalities and onboarding coordination.
- Proactively identify hiring challenges and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in client-site deployment or client-facing recruitment operations will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment SLAs, TATs and hiring metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, recruitment trackers and MIS reporting.
- Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and ownership of assigned hiring mandates.
