We are looking for a highly experienced ?????? ??? ???? ?????????? / ???? ???? with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), India Duties & Taxation, WRICEF development, and cross-module integration.

The role requires a strong technical-functional leader capable of independently managing the SAP FICO team, driving implementation activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

✅ Lead and manage the SAP FICO functional team, including task allocation, technical guidance, and delivery coordination

✅ Independently handle SAP FI & CO configuration, implementation, and support activities

✅ Lead at least one complete End-to-End SAP FICO implementation

✅ Configure and support SAP Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

✅ Manage India Duties & Taxation requirements and configurations

✅ Handle WRICEF development requirements for SAP FI & CO

✅ Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams

✅ Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and WM modules

✅ Review functional designs, configurations, and technical deliverables

✅ Manage project activities, priorities,



timelines, and team performance

✅ Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams

✅ Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities

✅ Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO functional and integration issues

✅ Provide mentoring, knowledge transfer, and guidance to junior consultants

✅ Ensure high-quality project delivery and timely resolution of business-critical issues

✔️ 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience

✔️ Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)

✔️ Hands-on configuration experience in Product Costing and CO-PA

✔️ Robust knowledge of India Duties & Taxation

✔️ Minimum 1 End-to-End SAP Implementation in a lead capacity

✔️ Experience in WRICEF development and functional specifications for FI & CO

✔️ Strong cross-module integration experience with MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and WM

✔️ Proven experience in leading and managing SAP FICO teams

✔️ Ability to independently manage project deliverables and stakeholder expectations

✔️ Strong functional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
