Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering Oracle HCM integrations, reporting, data conversions, and technical extensions across full implementation lifecycles, and supports business processes and improves operational efficiency through robust, well-designed technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
- Build and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and HDL/HSDL data loads.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, Fast Formulas, and HCM event-driven processing.
- Work with HCM backend tables and data models to design, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure solution performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in technical design, testing,



deployment, documentation, and production support.
- Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
- Proven track record with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM technical implementations, delivered from design through go-live and support.
- Strong understanding of HCM backend tables, APIs, and data models.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Expertise in handling HCM events and event-driven integrations.
- Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL data loads.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports, and familiarity with OTBI.
- Strong PL/SQL skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Formulas.
- Good understanding of HCM concepts and modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, or Talent Management.
- Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
