– Sr. Manager / AGM – Construction Methodology

Job Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end construction methodology development for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and develop construction methodologies at the tender stage, including technical proposals and pre-bid engineering.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and project requirements to identify the most effective construction approach.
- Develop detailed method statements, construction sequences and execution strategies.
- Plan and evaluate RCC, structural steel, formwork and other construction systems.
- Drive value engineering and cost/time optimization through alternative construction methods.
- Plan plant, machinery, manpower and material requirements.
- Coordinate with design, planning, estimation, tendering and execution teams.
- Prepare and present technical methodology proposals to clients and consultants.




- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve construction-related challenges.

Candidate Profile – Important Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 15–20 years of relevant construction industry experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in Construction Methodology and Tender Stage Methodology Preparation.
- Must have experience in preparing construction methodology for tenders, not just site execution.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, data centres, airports, hotels or institutional projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural steel, formwork systems and construction sequencing.
- Experience in value engineering, pre-bid engineering and technical presentations.
- Candidates from reputed construction companies with overseas/Gulf project exposure will be preferred.
