Role Description The Sr. Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at the Roorkee manufacturing unit. The Sr. Executive will oversee day-to-day operations within their assigned department, coordinating with production, quality, R&D;, and management teams to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities may include monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the implementation of company policies and compliance requirements. The role involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, operational efficiency,



and timely delivery targets. The Sr.

Executive is expected to provide proactive support to leadership, contribute to problem-solving, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily operational activities and multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in business communication, including report writing, documentation, and effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to support process optimization and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations; familiarity with Ayurvedic, Unani, or herbal products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field; advanced qualifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a structured environment, with attention to quality, compliance, and safety standards.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and data handling (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, operational software).
- Prior experience in a supervisory or executive role within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related industries is beneficial.
