? Hiring: Senior Agentic AI Engineer – AWS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer with strong Python development skills and hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and supporting production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions on AWS.

This is a hands-on engineering and delivery role focused on developing scalable AI solutions, experimenting with new approaches, and taking successful prototypes into secure, reliable production environments.

? Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and productionise Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, state management, memory, checkpointing, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.
- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) capabilities.
- Build RAG and LLM-based applications integrated with enterprise APIs, data sources, and business systems.
- Develop and operate AI solutions using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
- Build production-ready APIs and integration services using FastAPI and related technologies.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and security controls.
- Apply AWS IAM, least-privilege access, secrets management, and secure tool/API access practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimise production systems for reliability, performance, latency, and cost.
- Work independently from established designs, rapidly prototype ideas, and deliver production-quality solutions.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of software engineering, AI/ML engineering,



or related development experience.
- Strong hands-on Python software engineering skills.
- Proven production experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
- Practical implementation experience with MCP and A2A.
- Strong understanding of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, tool calling, state/memory management, and HITL workflows.
- Experience with APIs/FastAPI, Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and production debugging.
- Ability to independently build, deploy, and support secure, scalable AI applications.

⚠️ Critical Production Experience Requirement Candidates must have personally built, deployed, and supported at least two production-grade multi-agent AI solutions.

POCs, tutorials, certifications, or hackathon projects alone will not be considered sufficient. Hands-on production delivery experience is essential.

⭐ Good to Have

- Additional AWS services and cloud-native development experience.
- Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Kubernetes / Amazon EKS.
- OpenTelemetry or LangSmith.
- SageMaker or MLflow.
- Exposure to Azure or GCP.
- Experience working in SAP environments or integrating AI solutions with SAP.

? Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional.
- AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate.
