Role & responsibilities

- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and other online platforms to source potential IT candidates to bench.

- Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates through call, email, phone, and social media to introduce them to opportunities in market and get them placed with reputated clients.

- Strong experience and understanding of US sourcing especially OPT process

- Strong experience in hiring GC/US citizens from Job portals, and networks, and a prior database of candidates.

- Capable of getting students/experienced person for any technology training.

- Robust communication and convincing skills.

- Coordinating the entire recruitment process.

- Should have good knowledge on various technologies in the market.

- Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types.

- Maintaining good database OPT candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3yrs exp in opt sourcing/ US Sourcing specialist

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Should be willing to work in night shift ( IST 7PM TO 4 AM)

- Should have a good remote working system ( Laptop/wifi etc)
