Key Accountabilities &

- Support Actions

Strategic Sourcing

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of qualified vendors across all categories to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify current sourcing opportunities and negotiate favourable pricing with suppliers.

- Manage relationships with vendors and retailers, ensuring consistent communication and adherence to service level agreements.

Contract Management &

- Negotiations

- Lead the entire RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, crafting compelling documents and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for multiple products.

- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for various product categories.

- Manage the negotiation process to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, and lead times.

Vendor Management &





- Compliance

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering trust and collaboration for long-term success.

- Ensure timely and accurate payments to all vendors while maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to all compliance regulations.

Cost Optimization &

- Analysis

- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand cost drivers across the supply chain, including factors such as capacity utilization and logistics.

- Implement strategies to optimize procurement costs while ensuring high-quality products and reliable delivery.

Sales &

- Opportunity Identification

- Act as a frontline sales resource, proactively identifying potential sales opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to convert them into revenue.
