Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the 10–15 MW Ground Mounted Solar Project.
2. Monitor site development, land grading, leveling and earthwork activities.
3. Supervise foundation work, pile installation, equipment foundations and MMS-related civil works.
4. Monitor construction of internal roads, drainage systems, cable trenches and other civil structures.
5. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
6. Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors and project teams for smooth execution.
7. Monitor manpower, material utilization and daily construction progress.
8. Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site observations and quality inspection reports.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
10. Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5–7 years of experience in civil execution of solar projects.
2. Hands-on experience in Ground Mounted Solar Power Plants (10–15 MW or above).
3. Strong knowledge of solar plant civil works, foundations, piling, roads and drainage.
4. Ability to read and understand civil drawings and BOQs.
5. Experience in contractor and manpower management.
6. Valuable reporting, coordination and communication skills.
